“I highly recommend Drew at TwentySix. Midsummer’s Music sought a consulting and coaching business that knew our area, non-profit management, and could create a personalized and accessible program. After just a few sessions, I saw a dramatic increase in our office management efficiency, fundraising awareness, and community relations.” – Allyson, Executive Director
Dr. Gerald Bell of the University of North Carolina and Founder of the Bell Leadership Institute, conducted a survey of 4,000 retired executives. He asked one question: If you could live your life over again, what would you do differently. The overwhelming response was “I should have taken charge of my life and set my goals earlier. Life isn’t practice, it’s the real thing.”
The role of a TwentySix Professional Coach is to ensure you achieve your goals.
We focus on Achievement, Perspective, and Clarity.
Your coach is not your boss, partner, child, spouse, board, stakeholder, client, or your staff. We are also not your therapist or your mentor. Your coach builds an alliance with you so that you can achieve your goals. A “Coach” is an individual who is completely invested in training or instructing an individual or team. Together we will be forward thinking, with eyes on the horizon, not too worried about the past. Your coach focuses on what’s needed moving forward.
From the International Coaching Federation (ICF): Coaching is partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.
